Mic recommendations

edited May 2015 in General
So I've had my current microphone for a really damn long time now, and it's finally broken on me. I could probably make a decision on my own for a new one, but I decided it would be a good idea to ask for any recommendations here.

EDIT: I have a blue snowball already so not sure whether to go for headset + mic anyways or nice headphones with no mic.

Double EDIT: So these are the two I'm currently debating between with regards to my edit up above, but I'm certainly open to other ideas:

Get a standalone mic, they're higher quality.

Well the Sennheiser I'm considering doesn't come with a mic, it's just the headphones.
